"Singapore Red Cross Launches Public Appeal To Help Sri Lanka"


The Singapore Red Cross Society "has launched a month-long public donation drive, starting 4 June to raise funds to help the internally displaced persons in Sri Lanka".

Donations can be made through the following ways.

Walk in cash and/or cheque donations

These can be made at the Singapore Red Cross Society HQ located at 15 Penang Lane, Singapore 238486 (Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 0930h to 1745h)

Cheque donations

These can be sent to the Singapore Red Cross Society HQ located at 15 Penang Lane, Singapore 238486.

Cheques should be made payable to "Singapore Red Cross Society" and the following details should be indicated on the back.

i) "Sri Lanka IDP Appeal"

ii) Name of Donor/Organisations (if applicable)

iii) Mailing Address

iv) Contact Numbers

An official non-tax deductible receipt will be issued once the cheque is received.
